Description

Freshly selected ripe white onions are peeled, trimmed to remove the stem, root and core, washed then air dried and milled to a fine powder, just 100% white onion,  “a no more tears” product  that has endless application in a busy kitchen where saving a little time can really help. The onion powder will naturally enhance the flavour of many foods or recipes, suggested usage, dips, dusting over potato wedges, chips, crisps, popcorn, sausage/burger recipes, sauces, seasoning blends, soups, stews, stir fry’s, curries, salad dressings, vegetable smoothies, savoury baking (quiches, pies), bread, roasted root vegetables, also re- hydrates instantly with water to make a  concentrated fine paste/puree.
