Coronation Marinade Seasoning

Description

Coronation Chicken, originally created to celebrate the Queen’s Coronation, this dish has been a great British classic ever since and has become one of the most popular sandwich fillings on the high street eaten today, simply mix seasoning with pre-cooked chicken pieces, sultanas, diced apricots, sliced almonds, and mayonnaise to create a sandwich shop favourite, also use with Coronation inspired salads and dressing.

Ingredients: Ground Curry Blend (Turmeric, MUSTARD, Cumin, Coriander, Fenugreek, Fennel, Ginger, Cardamom, Chilli, Black Pepper, Clove, Nutmeg, Cinnamon Spice Extract), Sugar, Natural Sea Salt, Garlic, Onion, Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder, Dried Rubbed Parsley.

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
