Description

Having a medium heat, but extremely aromatic, our Malaysian style curry powder blend is made with the finest spices.  A good tasting curry need not be overcomplicated, just a few good ingredients is all that’s needed, this Malaysian curry powder can be used to marinate the meat prior to cooking or mixed with a little water to make a strong paste to add during the cooking process, whatever meat, or vegetable ingredients you use, this curry powder blend will help to create a stunning Malaysian style curry. 

Ingredients:  Ground Coriander, Ground Turmeric, Ground Fennel, Chilli Blend (Spices, Garlic), Ground Ginger, Ground Fenugreek, Ground Cardamom, Ground Cumin, Ground Star Anise, Ground Cloves, Ground Cinnamon, White Pepper, Bay leaves, Spice Extract.

Recommended Usage Rate: 15 grams of Malaysian Curry Powder for a serving of 300grams of ingredients.
