Piri Piri Marinade Flavouring

Description

This great Portuguese style classic of fiery chillies, garlic and herbs, is perfect for barbecuing, roasting or grilling chicken, from whole spatchcock chicken to fiery chicken wings, also ideal for marinating pre-cooked chicken for tasty jacket potato toppings, salads. Mix with ketchup or mayonnaise for a burger condiment, sauces for wraps and sandwich and baguette fillings.

Ingredients: Sugar, Red Pepper Granules, Chilli Blend (Spices, Garlic), Minced Onion, Natural Sea Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Chilli Granules, Smoked Paprika, Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder, Garlic, Ground Coriander, Birds Eye Chilli (Piri Piri), Rubbed Oregano, Natural Flavouring, Citric Acid, Lemon Oil, Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide).

Recommended Usage Rate: 8-10 % into chosen meat/fish/vegetable, or a base dressing (Mayonnaise).

Directions for Use: Simply coat or blend 10% of marinade flavouring into 90% of chosen meat/vegetable/base dressing, leave to marinate for 15 minutes minimum. For maximum flavour result leave longer, (overnight if possible).
