Description

Sweet Paprika comes from a dried ground red pepper (Capsicum Annum), a mild sweet variety, slowly sun-dried to retain all their natural goodness, pound for pound they have more vitamin C than citrus fruit and are used extensively throughout the cuisines of the world for their earthy sweet flavour and deep rich red colour, a main ingredient, or just as a sprinkle to add colour to a dish.
